I would definitely not want my orders shipped USPS, they are just not reliable. I agree FedEx has great rates if you sign up with a discount, and they give even further discounts for volumn.

I also think that you should not lose money on shipping, so if you have to raise your shipping rates to cover your costs then you definitely should, but USPS is definitely a no no.

I ship USPS priority mail a lot, and the only time I had a problem was when I didn't use the "Click-N-Ship" label. I relied on their little Priority Mail sticker on a regular box, so I don't think they realized it was Priority Mail.

I like the Saturday delivery, and some of my packages have gotten to the east coast in 2 days! I track everything!

Seeing as I'm in Canada, I would only order if there was a USPS option. We get charged out the ying yang by UPS. I recently placed an order that came to $45 and I had to pay $30 in brokerage fees!
